  2. Initial Design – Preliminary design & estimate prepared.

  3. In-home Visit – Discuss some details with the real samples displayed in-home.

  4. Design Fee – 3% of estimate, credited toward your order.

  5. Showroom Visit – Explore materials & finishes by appointment.

  6. Deposit – 50% deposit secures order and pricing.

  7. Measurement – On-site visit once framing is ready.

  8. Finalization – Once finalized, the order cannot be cancelled.

  9. Delivery – Professional coordination for delivery & installation (Optional).
